. A comment Bellow linked spanish translations and it shows that the prince did in fact have sex with the mc that night. In one case the mc also went to the dukes house and all his staff was acting weird and nervous. The Duke then comes out covered in blood claiming he killed a pig. When the mc rejects him he has a sinister smile and says he will regret it. So yeah even though the manga isn't translated all the way it understand the Duke is the killer.

The duke is the killer and try to kidnap lewis and kick him. The duke yelled & cursed lewis's baby. Finally metternich appears and said "That is my child".
