Well, I wouldn’t say those commenters are “All bark, No bite” because they themselves never claimed to be able to translate, but rather that the current uploader’s translations are poor. In my opinion, maybe the uploader should put a bit more effort into their translating so the readers understand. However, I also believe that, as readers, we shouldn’t be saying things like “You’re not doing anyone a favor by uploading this” because it’s honestly plain rude to the person who is spending money and translating for our sake.
How ironic complaining about the sh*tty translation while they themselves don't have the capability to translate like these people in this scanlation groups.
