I guess it’s cause it’s the Manhwa and not the novel. While reading the novel I just felt that she developed more feelings for him and was struggling more with that. While I don’t get that feeling from the Manhwa, here I feel like she somewhat feels bad for him and has moments here and there. Idk for whatever reason I didn’t feel as heartbroken in this scene as I did when I read the novel
I’ll admit it’s been a while since I read the novel but I feel like stuff is missing. I also remember that FL gains more feelings for ML before she goes to him in the office. I remember this because that’s what made that scene in the novel so heartbreaking. I remember crying to hard at that part because she was so heartbroken and betrayed. Reading the novel I really felt the pain they both felt
