There's a strong theory yes, that they are brothers. For example the fact that Choso can 'feel' yuuji. And in an interview Gege said that talk about yuuji's parents would come up soon, and it would have something to do with both Choso and Kamo. Personally I think that they are brothers

i saw some leaks in tiktok and uhm,,, i think Noritoshi Kamo isn't his father,, in fact it's his mother :D (Yuuji's mother had stitches in her forehead)
