No, the first part one "Kings maker" is a story that happened when Wolfgang was young and met Shin that will help overthrow the king. They were teenagers back then. Now this, part two, is like a continuation of what happened at part one. This is more mature than the first part because here they are already grown ups. Hope this helps <3
