It depends on how much a persons body is like not everyone shows a baby bump so soon, idk
It may not show with clothes but naked? I mean it's 4 months. He even looks like he has abs. Makes no sense whatsoever to me.
He is only 4 months pregnant sometimes depending on the case the bump is not that visible, and the woman just puts on some weight there is even a tv show named “I didn’t knew I was pregnant “
My mom only discovered she was 5 months pregnant with my younger brother when she passed out at work.
She didn't show any simptons or had a babybump.
