Ok so, in the first chaptr he said something about the omega leaving him but we all know this is a typical manga were the couple has bad communication so Lee lang thought that the omega and hannah had a baby together and when he said to abort it the omega got sad ofc (cause the father of his child told him to abort their baby) that's it just a big miscommunication

OK so he was working at a coffee shop when in school and Lee was on his way to medical school so that’s why coffee shop manager and medical intern because it’s been seven years and since the dude sister found him working at a coffee place and he liked to work there she gave him his own they had a misunderstanding because he thought his child was Hanah‘s child and when he went to go make up with him he wasn’t home because he went to his doctors appointment and so instead of double jacking because hearing someone’s phone ring in their house does not mean they are home he left and didn’t come back because no one came after him so he figured that he no longer wanted anything to do with him so why make him suffer anymore after having kicked him out over the miss understanding And the abandoning him when he needed him most
