Translator san

The thing is just bc it's free you are not allowed to just post just whatever you want without an ounce of hard work , yes it's illegal and most of us read bls illegally bc we can not afford them not bc we want to . Now pls don't come with "if you can't afford it don't read it" shit , it's ignorant asf . Yes we readers can't support authors financially but that doesn't mean we are not supporting at all , do you really think without illegal sites manga , manhwa , anime would've been this popular ? I don't think it's possible . Even if you take down this manhwa this instant anyone present here won't buy it why ? Cause it's simple we are broke plus currency difference .
It's really hurt me when you pulled out I will leave this manhwa card, no one is saying you should leave it we just you to put more hardwork to it . If you look at some of the translator here in this website who produce absolute amazing translated chaps with good quality do you really think they are getting paid ?? No they aren't. They are doing this so we all broke readers can enjoy this from all over the world plus they respect the manga artists enough to know that it's not ok to represent one's art to other people in an unapproachable way .

Sorry for my harsh words I hope you can forgive me , please don't just serve anything on the plate just bc it's illegal, we are too broke to afford it .... I hope you understand.

well I agree with how they need to put more hardwork into their translation but "do u rlly think without illegal sites manga, anime would've been this popular" but theres no use if the manga is popular but they didnt even get any moneys they deserve from their hardwork ='> (pls dont attack huhu)

Honestly, they could’ve done one of two things: Find something they could translate with confidence or find a forum and ask for help translating and proofreading. There are a crap ton of servers on discord or subreddits they could’ve perused for help.

Everyone wants to scanlate but don’t want to put in the work. They half-ass it and really expect no one not to say anything. Because of how complex the language is, a lot is lost in translation and if their English isn’t great, even more is lost. Understanding idioms and the like and translating it into something comparable in English is tough for even the best of fluent people.

Not saying they shouldn’t translate but get ample help if you’re not confident or work on a project within your means.

Exactly , that's my point . And I think if they put hard enough work like searching little bits of grammar on you tube and asking help from multilingual people from different social platforms can really help them . The main thing is the will to try . I think they don't even try cause they think beggars can't be choosers . Since it's illegal and we can't afford we should suck it up .

It's so wrong tho , it's disrespectful for both authors and other translators here who try their hardest to translate properly and willingly learn how clean watermarks such on their own will . If the translation is bad or the quality of the pictures are bad or there are way to many watermarks ... it's ruin the reading experience and doesn't justify the author's hard work

I fully agree with you and the one thing that pisses me off so much is when they use software to translate most if not all of the content and call themselves “translators”. Like, don’t be taking credit for something that clearly doesn’t belong to you.
