?? a translator inputting their own opinion on an original piece of work, thinking they can force the readers to consume a version of the story under the lens of their personal opinion is the disrespect here. I doubt anyone held a gun to their held to make them translate or write all those notes. And as a reader, I don’t see why I have to look at their holier than thou input either

I agree that is hella disrespecful, but I also agree on the opinions of the translator, and they also helps for the people not mature mentally reading this manhwua to understand that what duna is doing is fucked up, and shoudn't be done to no one in real life.
This is a 18+ comic......you know there’s a reason porn artists on twitter will literally remove underage followers right? Cause there are specific content geared towards specific people, in specific spaces and no one is obligated to be responsible for educating kids while enjoying their kinks. Also I’ve seen translators and even authors themselves write notes at the end of the page educating people or reminding them fiction =/= real life, but this translator is just being downright nasty all over the work itself. I recommend the translator to just drop this manhwa. As a professional translator it’s disgraceful and completely unprofessional to see someone think they can just have their personal input all over someone else’s work like that. Also, I’ve read so many twisted and dark or straight up abusive manga over the years, by countless of different scanlation groups and none of them did the original author this kind of disrespect.
