It's because the manhwa did not give Keith's POV while the novel is more detailed and gives explanation on Keith's side. They skip some parts from novel. But Keith was reallyyyyyyy good in the novel he's had a good character improvement in his character.

This was such a mess of a story. The character traits kept changing?!!. Did the author forget about the baby? Yhts some vigorous sex right off the bat. Also the "action" scene was kinda lame and cringe. I'm sorry if this sounds like I'm criticizing but the story and the characters didn't make sense to me. They kept behaving out of character just to fit the scenes. At first Keith was fking horrible, but then the uke also became fking manipulative and weird.
In the middle it felt like it happened cuz of Keith but now I'm not so sure. Also, the whole fiasco about the random gangster/criminal he found to get himself beaten up?!! Like wtf dude.
Ofc we can't forget abt the rape scene either. There were more than 2 i think.
