Nooo, the two who are having sex are the foreplayman and a birdie. It's technically "not allowed" as per the rules because other birdies would be jealous if they caught them. But if personally, it is allowed, just that they shouldn't be caught by other birdies (since they'll be jealous, this is the thing that they are preventing thus coming up with that rule). No, the ones who were having sex are two studs! Studs and birdies are not allowed to have sex. Studs are allowed to have sex among themselves, but they have to keep it discrete because the birdies will be jealous. That’s why in the next panels, Marco mentions that there are even studs interested in Apollo but Apollo rejects them. Sorry if that wasn’t made clear!
