The seme from dangerous convenience store is nice, he respects the uke but I don't think he is someone that great to take as the best example. He's doing the very least, he doesn't talk or open up about how he's feeling with the uke, he has this tsundere kind of vibe and keep things to himself. Doosik, at the other hand, is not only very respectful to Juha even outside the bed, he tries to understand his reasons, he's also very supportive and talkative and bcs of that they have a superior communication between them which leads to a deeper kind of respect. So it doesn't make a lot of sense to compare both works.
