well i don't have any friends that i can talk and a never tried to leave a reply but i take my time and it's nice that someone ask how i'm doing. Bestie I got cheated on because they were feeling “too depressed” or something ┑(￣-￣)┍ they then proceeded to post art about them s-lf h-rming and finally going to end it all in their story.
After I thought they were stable enough I broke up with them but still upset how they acted like the victim, and I only found out because I was checking their Twitter for there birthday sobs

It's okay, atleast now you know that that person doesn't deserve you it's good to find out about the bad things they did to you early than them keeping it a secret from you for so long. You'll find another person that truly deserves you
How about asking someone to help you? It's dangerous if you do it alone since you can't reach the walls, but how about try painting the walls where you can reach and then ask someone to help you for the part that you couldn't reach
