I don't know if you guys noticed, but nakyum and seungho ties their scarf differently (proof in ch.69). And as you can see in the current chapter, when nakyum was done with some sort of checkup, his scarf is tied in his way, but later after that, his scarf is already tied in Seungho's way, so it means he tied it again for him when they left the clinic (am I right?). THE SMALL DETAILS THAT SEUNGHO DOES EVERYTIME CAN SOMETIMES GIVES YOU BUTTERFLIES.
