Yeah he blamed her for their parents' deaths and constantly belittled her yet now that he's lost her he realizes how much he loved her? I understand that he felt the need to blame someone but in times like that your family is all you have and everyone expresses grief in a different way. The real Cleo just felt like she had to mature and be strong for both of them
Sometimes things are just too little too late... I feel sorry for her brother, but he should’ve treasured her when she was still alive and well, not when she have already parted away with him.
