If i remember correctly they won't upload the chapter until it has at least been a month since the japanese release so the sales won't get affected because of that. Also scanning, cleaning, translating and typesetting does take time and people have other things they have to do.

The mangaka skipped the january's iHertz issue (the magazine comes out every other month) in preparations for the release of the 7th volume. She pretty much does that every year. :D So usually towads the end of the year and start of a new one there is a 4 month wait between new chapters. Although we don't currently know whether this will be the last volume, but i think it's very likely that there will be one more after this.
