It’s not really “black culture” it’s African culture. I feel like there’s a pretty big difference. Even so, I definitely agree with what you said.

This isn’t black culture, this is stereotyping and racial profiling. If the author was going to write a story that includes black people and their native culture they should have fully educated themselves in it. But you can clearly tell they didn’t because this is insanely racist. Don’t try to dismiss this.
