Correction** It might not be considered an important factor where it will ruin the whole plot if the manga skip it but what I mean to say would be its quite significant to the explanation that will take place. That's all cause im being a lil picky bij (▰˘◡˘▰) that's all from me. Peace out v--☆~☆--v
Same, the novel is already complete in itself and if they skip even a single event its gonna feel off for me
If you read the novel first before reading this it would hit you differently. I can't find myself loving the manga ver as much as the novel since I've alr been fed steak, it's hard to go back to eating beef jerky. Get what I mean?
But if you read it on its own without knowing the novel then I would say its a very good manga.

The sword detail in the manga really irks me, in the first chapter of the novel it mentioned about the sword detail before the whole killing/suicide shabang but in the manga it was skipped and the sword the MC used was taken from the sheath of the soldier (this could be misinform those who didnt read the novel since the soldier's sword was an ordinary sword). The sword plays quite a important factor & connection between their past and present lives explained in the later part of the novel which was why the author mentioned about it in the first chapter so im quite upset that this detail was not shown but replaced with another.
In a nutshell since Ive alr finished the novel im not sure if I would want to continue reading the manga since I can't help comparing it and get disappointed. Dont wish to ruin the beautiful story I alr have in my mind. Love the novel.
To the those that have yet to read the LN then pls do go ahead and give this manga a read first as the art is beautiful.
