I'm really confused too. I doubt that name has been mentioned before but they probably refer to the girl that likes Xixi.
As for why Ji feels like that, these are assumptions buy maybe he knows something or just feels guilty bc he knows Xix rejected her for him.
I'm not sure who she is but I'm assuming it's that one gurl who gave Jian Yi the love letter towards the beginning of the story.
It is supposed to be the girl who originally gave him the love letter at the beginning of the story.
