The status tells you whether the manga is completed at the country of origin not whether it's been completely uploaded.

thats how it is on mangadex, but here its marked as complete when the story is finished being uploaded
its most likely a mistake
It's not, this always happens with new stories that get uploaded, then the status will change from 30mins to a few hours later.
