ch.94 is posted by S2manga so yeah the translation is messed up, they ruined a lot of good manga. I thought they didn't dare to post on Mangago anymore since people would report right away if they spot S2manga sign, I guess they strike again now. ch.95 is good though, I hoped whoever translated it would replace the one posted by S2manga.
So what is the previous emperor, Astheruitus (or somethin like that) after than? And does that mean that he took over Athenacius's body or are they both in his body?

we still don't know this part yet, but my guess is they both in the same body right now. Astheruitus (the child Lucas refuse to teach in the past) using the old emperor body and Lucas power he stole from him for dark magic. which also explains why Lucas could not tell what this curse or power was.
sorry I was super tired when I write this comment but hmm basically, in Lucas past, a young prince child asks him to teach him magic before Lucas went to sleep. his name was Astheruitus, so it's not that Claude bro come back, it's that child that seems to want revenge on him from the past cause he didn't want to teach him magic. the reason Lucas wasn't sure/confuse is cause that child didn't born or had any magical power at all. in his words "he was useless" XD but he was the one who mostly did the new curse on Claude and using black magic and many other problems.

Lucas explains that Jeanette is fake, she is not a real human. she is the result and creation of black magic, she has a lot of black magic inside her. that why he always calls her "Chimera" and not her name. to him she isn't human XD
