second one is his evil inside voice I guess, like he can take the throne but he doesnt listen to him and says "your power lies here my king" cuz he is devoted to the king or sth

Uhhh I dont think that evil side told him to get the Throne
He is like.. "the inner voice of Shin" like..Shin knows he didn't have to do that because it will make him suffering but he still did and that cool Shin said like.. "stupid!"
I think it is his inner ambitious-self (if I'm writing it right) he is aware of his capabilities and know he could even take the throne like @No one said but Shin who admires and love Wolfgang won't let him do it and ignores him.
