Yeah, but because he was her personal knight and he was still under the mind control at one point it's still possible she had sex with him even if he didn't want to. However after he regained control I don't he would have done it with her since he was obviously in love with eve. Plus remember, the personal knights usually undergo and "Inspection" the night they were imprinted. (If you can recall the inspection is where they slept together)
