What did the crown prince do to Nora?

Wasn't it cause his parents kinda neglected Nora and focused on the crown prince?
nlg, I've been very confused about the story for a while T.T

yeah the crown prince stole Nora's parent's love and affection

and in return Nora only got the pressure of his family's title and tough love of his parents

What happened was that the crown prince began to have this mentality that everyone needed to love him. So, whoever he saw was loved he would take that love for himself and bring misery. So, little crown prince saw how loved Nora was and decided to ask like a little bish. He would pretend he was playing with Nora and trash the place around and blame Nora for it. Nora's father received the late empress final plea that he needed to protect her son, and so the father was more of a "pity the child without a mother and later ask questions or none." This continued to happened until Nora felt he was loved by his parents. By this point Nora had met Shuli and had asked why she was crying and he fell in love and kinda became her guardian angel and someone who knew why she would do what she did.

Nora's father began to feel like he was losing his son to the emperor, so he went to look for Nora but Nora told him he wasn't intrested in whatever he wanted to say. Not even when his father told him hisother wished to see him, Nora didn't even flinched and just walked away. The father felt devastated and wanted to fix this but it was in vain. Because the only ones Nora cared about was for Shuli and the emperor. :/

Thanks for the explanation! I understood that Nora's father was focusing more in the crown prince cause of the late empress, but I didn't realise the crown prince himself asked for that

The CP broke some valuable thing and he say Nora the one who did it, when Nora being scolded for it, he depended himself but his father didn't trust him, he is treated as liar and punished him more, this happened over and over again, the CP framed him and no one believed in Nora, not only with his parents, he even lost his friend, what hurt Nora is it's okay if other didn't believe him but his father at least should believed in him, he became rebellious like rum away from home, ditching his classes, instead of asking him, his father abused him more under the guise of discipline.
