It's his feelings which is why he is so possessive towards her and becomes soft like jelly when she said don't leave. she said if that is the leash he gave her, then she will take the leash to keep the secret under wraps. What other thing could Dion want with her? Why would she hug him if she hated him so much? It's obviously an exchange of at least kissing for secrecy(which by the way was insinuated in the page before the hug).
