it was a mistranslation, but I think you're expecting too much of Yuma. He literally begged Mimori to say anything while hugging Mimori gently. He didn't even get angry, and chose to clear his head so that he could think the situation through. When Mimori responded "I'm sorry," it could easily have been misinterpreted as him admitting that he cheated on/ betrayed Yuma.
If your partner comes crying and admits to you "my colleague kissed me and I enjoyed it," you first thought wouldn't be "oh my partner was assaulted." I bet you.
Hmm that a really weird assumption your making out of me. I'm not shitting on Yumaz he seemed calm and didn't snap back or get violent with minori . But if my partner came to me crying without saying a word of the situation I wouldn't simply just take is oh they cheated. Also I dont really see how he admitted to enjoying the kiss. I think mimori is so traumatized that he cant say anything and I don't blame him for that he's being manipulated into thinking he cheated and was not raped. Then again this is fiction I just wish Yuma would have stayed longer with mimori bc he was clearly shaken by the situation and I tend to lean on the side of the victim always
These are my thoughts I think when he said silence is consent, he was referring to mimori not responding to him if the kiss felt good. I still wish he would have at least stayed and not assumed that mimori consented and willingly cheated bc he wasnt, he was clearly raped. Either way I just read a spoiler and I'm not satisfied with it
