In the city where I'm currently living, it's dangerous to do so... If they want to help, they'd call the police or an ambulance.
In my hometown, there's a chance, very low but it does happen, that they'll let some total stranger into their homes to help them. Usually, the old ones are more inclined to do it than the younger ones.
But i heard in japan there's so many stalking case, that's why i wondering if they really recklessly bring someone stranger back home. Because this kind of plot so slice of life like, and so many author use this idea. So i just...
But maybe just as you say , it's only a fiction plot because even though japan have a lowest crime rates, it's kinda dangerous to do that i guess.

Is this common for people when they encounter someone lay on the ground, or drunkard in a garbage, or homeless sleep in a park, or even someone get shoot or stab, they just bring them back home?
Or is it just some fiction plot? Because there's so many manga with this type of plot, so i can't help but wondering if this kind of act is actually happen.
I'm sorry i didn't mean to criticize or anything, i just really curious.
Because if it was me, i definitely called a police instead of bringing some stranger home.
