Yes, the anime diverges from the manga material. Pluto, Drocell, the angels, and anyone from Season 2 are not part of the manga at all. That's just the way it had to be when the anime was being produced.
If you saw Season 3 (Book of Circus), Book of Murder, and Book of the Atlantic, then you've seen all the anime adaptations so far.

I want more. Is there any part of the manga has the black butler have? When i watch the anime, it's going to a different route but some part of the manga is in the anime. Like the angels part in the anime, it doesn't shown in the manga.
