I read from the scanlator that this is omegaverse

but everyone in the comment section said it's not omegaverse??.. I'm confused

    this story is not omegaverse? i understand the confusion bc of what the mc does in the first chapter, but it's not omegaverse! just two childhood friends in high school in love ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
