Many people do despise her, the rest have found it easier to justify/accept her behaviour while some are hoping she changes. With comments like Vampeve's, do not feel like your thoughts are frivolous. Duna is a glorified rapist in all respects of the word. Fictional works are written to move, change and inspire people. If something is strongly undesirable in a fictional character, it does affect you, especially after you've grown connected to them over the course of the series. I do commend Vampeve for being indifferent to the content. Maybe they just read it for the sex.

If what you said was true half of the planet would’ve been fucked up since there’s a lot of series or anime and manhwa with a murderers or psychopaths who many ppl who likes. Just cuz you like a fictional character doesn’t mean it’s inspiring you to do the same thing in real life. Just cuz someone disagree with you or liking the character you hate or the opposite doesn’t mean you have to judge them based on the fictional character they like :)
Fortunately all that murder, thriller and psychological, gore content comes with a label. Romance and bdsm, that Sadistic Beauty is categorised under, can be a wide scope yet Duna's actions are decidedly toxic under both. Some may be affected by the "romance" story, some may not. You seem to be not which is fine, but Duna is a rapist who's actions are justified and people are free to feel upset over that.
People consent to watching, reading anything. They don't just accidentally watch something horrible and go insane. Angie, in this case, as well as I, feel cheated that the content under Sadistic Beauty was not what we expected which was a well written, healthy bdsm femdom romance story.

That’s why most of these kind of shows are rated +18. Authors write stories for the readers to enjoy not to influence them in such actions and keep complaining about something happened way back in previous chapters but to learn the good parts from it. If you think such a fictional story could give a bad influence to you or other ppl then you should drop it
