For me it's not shounen Ai because the whole story does not revolve in any kind of male-male romantic feelings. However, it is some kind of gender conflict of individual characters. All I can say is, they found happiness at the end and the happiness that both of those boys in the cover is being happily married to each other.
is this shounen ai or not? the tag says its shounen but people said that the 2 characters were both guys and got together
