They're talking about the latest chapter, cuz if you compare the quality of the episode before and the latest it's obviously a different uploader/translator
It's easy to realise that it's not : the person who tranlated this obviously don't know English very well and the credit page that should be the first page you read isn't there.
This is getting annoying just please don't upload this other than the OFFICIAL TRANSLATOR we coundn't enjoy the story if the chapter are so confusing and have a low quality picture. JUST PLEASE! WAIT PATIENTLY FOR THE OFFICIAL TRANSLATOR!!!
