You press the list button on your account, and then you click the "I followed" button, if that makes sense
press your profile then hit bookmark and you can click manga or list and you’ll see the manga that you added :)
I think if you go to your homepage and then click on "List" there will be your created lists (if you have created any) and next to that is the followed so click there
