i think jaemin's friend likes (liked?) him. unless i read it wrong one thought bubble from him said something like "i guess i had no chance even if your sister didn't marry my brother" so i assume that means he was interested in jaemin and is acting out of jealousy somewhat
I kinda get where he's coming from tho? Once u have lots of bad relationships it just makes sense to be more cautious. Not to mention being straight means there's always a chance of him wanting to be with a girl. I think the unless he's assertive about it anyone would hold back. And I don't hold being cautious and unable to trust against juho as I mentioned in the original comment, I just wished the author focused more on how his mental state after being shunned and abandoned by the people he cared for most instead of showing how he's unable to trust Jaemin cause it's getting repetitive
I'm really bummed about the "he's straight" thing author has going, it's like they can only think in "gay" or "straight" it's really tiring. Also what's up with with jaemin's friend?
