rezef's mother is the empress and his father is duke kendrey's father. The empress had an affair with the former duke kendrey and that is why he is an illegimate child. However the emperor was ashamed and decided not to announce rezef's actual lineage instead claiming that rezef was the child of him and a palace maid. So basically rezef is the half brother of both rafael and Cayena however he has no relation to the silver haired child of the emperor's lover.
So the empress is the crown prince and princess mother?
But the emperor is not the crown prince father?
The emperor is the princess father and the 13 year son of the women the king fell in love with?
Now I know why the king is not to fond of the siblings.
