The rough sex he and Minhyuk have is very similar to the sex Sooyung and Taesung had - esp. the first time they had it. Second, it's very clear what their relationship is - client and escort. In no way does he say that he likes him at all - they only have sex, that's it. It's not a romantic relationship, and Minhyuk has never had that before so you can't use Dohyun to compare to what'll happen to Sooyoung.
