(for me) the main reason why he cant bring himself to speak what really happened is when yuma asked him if it felt good. even though he wanted to say no, he was dead asleep that he dreamt it was yuma and when he woke up, he realized he already finished and it was because of another man.
so what im trying to say is, he felt good by thinking it was yuma but for him, it wont change the fact that he came because of another man's kiss. so yes. it will be very hard to say what really happened because he was indeed traumatized, add up the pain of losing yuma.

Yo I know how we are all saying that he should just speak up but I know 2 people who are kinda like Makoto (no they don't have a super sensitive erogenous zone in their mouth) but they do get so disturbed by the incident itself that they can't think straight afterwards and all they are doing is blaming themselves to the point that they are unable to speak.
Like I could definitely see Makoto thinking:
-He didn't listen to Yuma when he promised to be careful.
-He felt good therefore he must have cheated.
-He was asleep so he couldn't consent or refuse but even Yuma said his silence is consent right?
-He didn't retaliate immediately after waking up...
and probably a 1000 other thoughts just like this.
And in the midst of theses thoughts Makato couldn't organize his thought's to think straight enough to answer aand Yuma's rising anger made it harder.
This is a VICTIM BLAMING mentality and happens ALL THE TIME. A lot more than often than we realize.
Tbh this feels like a more realistic approach than calmly talking everything out even tho the latter makes more sense.

It's not always easy to talk, he might've felt ashamed, too scared, or all sorts of things. I also clam up like this even when I can/know the answer to something, my mind would just become blank I'd panic and stay silent. Its different for everyone, maybe in this scenario YOU might be able to tell the truth, but Makoto couldn't. Plus he was probably still reeling from being sexually harassed :/
Yes, not saying a thing about what actually happened I sooooooo "clever"... It makes me wonder - do people really behave like this in real life?!
