You do realise they have to scan, translate, clean and typeset the chapters? And that they do it for free while having a life to manage? Also the group (who does a really great job) that is currently translating this chooses not to publish the new chapters until later out of respect for the mangaka so that the sales wouldn't get affected by it.
i do realize it and i appreciate it (do you realize they do monetize from accounts like mine as well do you? so quite fair if you ask me). That's why i politely ask for the chapter, as a fan, and i don't think is wrong nor will i stop being exited about it. I don't know why y'all pressed about this 'cause many people are doing the same, JUST ASKING. So take a sit and chill because my questions as well as my comments never come from a bad place ok? No, they don't get any profit from this. Pressuring them to do it faster isn't going to yield the results people want. There's absolutely nothing wrong being excited and wanting to read the new chapter as soon as possible, i get that. But also i think it's fair to give respect to the scanlations/translations groups and not rush them (and as i said already, in this case they aren't going to post it any time soon out of respect for the mangaka). It's not wrong to ask but i think it's the way you worded your post, more so than the intent.

Really, i'm glad you politely told me this because i actually had no idea about the date they decided to post ch 44, my intent was actually more so about excitement, i would never claim or want to pressure them! I get now that it came across that way but believe me, i'm just excited and did not understand why some people in the comments were so rude/agressive towards it

I don’t have a mangago account but I’m not afraid to tell you I criticized you on your last post. I’m a translator by profession, Japanese to English. You don’t have a clue what goes into translating. The sheer difficulty, the tight deadlines, the unbelievably lousy pay that are prevalent at all levels of translating in this industry. We are SO lucky to have SaezuruSteve scanlating at the quality that they do and for FREE. But when you make comments about Attack on Titan being instantly translated (and I see the other critical post was deleted as well) and comment on it being “just one chapter” so someone should be able to quickly translate ch 44, or how it’s been “4 days already”, when you don’t even know or care as to the amount of work that goes into this, that rubs people the wrong way.

Dude that's why i said i didn't know that when i talked to that nice commenter the other day though, i did think the creators of this pirated site did the translation as well. We are lucky to have SaezuruSteve indeed, because i'm still excited for the next chapter!

Hey guys, this was a misunderstanding, they were excited and didn't know better, it's not a crime. Educate people, don't mock and ridicule them for not knowing something. I'm not saying you aren't allowed to be upsed or irritated/angry but you can correct people without being a huge asshole about it.

thank you, i'm actually not deleting the post because i learned from it, but i won't be responding to users like that agressive one because i believe their intent is to just fight and put others down.
