When you read more chaps you'll understand

earlier her brother pointed out that wanwan didn't recognize him at all and they dont act the same way so that why he ruled her out.
since she's acting as wanwan she has a different age, a different name, and she doesnt mirror her past self in the slightest. the only similar things are their looks so it's quite hard to know right off the bat
