Trying to describe poverty as “I’m able and unwilling to fix ur situation” is extremely gross and classist imo. Everything else in ur point is valid, but that last statement was v unnecessary

He did not birth himself. He did not birth his siblings. He was not, is not and will never be responsible for financially supporting his family. He wasn’t supposed to support HIMSELF until he was an adult but he still had to. His animosity is completely understandable. There’s normal responsibilities give your dependents and then there’s leeching off of others because you’re incapable or unwilling to fix your situation on your own. This is pertaining specifically to this characters family, not poverty in general, unbunch your panties.
