i acknowledged that yohan agreed to it, he knows that yohan is fine with him being a sex friend. he also knows that yohan has feelings for him and at one point acknowledges it with a maybe one day. plus you can't not convinct someone because they have a personality disorder, it doesn't mess with their thinking like depression or anxiety it only tells people that they think differently from others, much like autism.
