I think he god low grades and black hair is in the one place and idk if im right but i think he has always been good with studing but want to get close to brown hair, dont trust me
basically the eat after the movie, jiwook was with his father, and seungeon got scolded by his sister for messing around with the girls (chapter 14), then in school, jiwook was a bit sick and ran into the homeroom teacher, who revealed that seungeon was always on the top with grades.. so he basically lied to jiwook about needing help to study
