Why blame the emperor with that girl's suicide? All he did was reject her and he's allowed to do that, he doesn't have to take responsibility with what the reaction would be plus I bet you'll hate him even if he did accept the confession on the grounds that "he stole your girl" you just wanna have an excuse to hate him.
