title plss

I was reading a bl and I forgot the title gahhh!!! It was about a couple who has been together from high school until they were 32 and then one of them says the want to break up with the other and he doesn’t know why. But then he realizes that he has broken or forgot about some of the promises they made in their younger years (like the one about drinking coffee together) so the story follows them going through different promises they made. One has gray/light hair with glasses and the other has black hair I just need the nameeee
