Yes they have physical relation such a kiss and there is a hint that they sleep together too. They didnt living together, but visiting each other house.

I dont know if it can said as dating, since it just one sided, more like agreement that daon must stay and come to soohyun (and let him do anything to him such as kisses and more) , so soohyun wont do something.
