I like both ideas but I love the first one more and it does sound more plausible
So does this have a novel? Where'd u get the info then. I'm cringin to read.
I read in the Manhwa itself in the translator's/uploader's note that this Manhwa is based of a novel- I don't know if that novel has been completely translated into English.
Okay so after being in the orphanage maybe when he was kicked out of that place on reaching the threshold of adulthood, Shavoon became a Mental Asylum Guard, a place where he met both Mr Silver Hair & Lewellyen. Maybe they tried doing a therapy with Lewellyen which in the end actually didn't end up working well because Lewellyen sought out Shavoon after he got out and now they are together but angst will come up because of their past as per the norms of cliche
OR
The guy that was the guard in the was someone else with an identical sounding name (?) and therefore Lewellyen got Shavoon confused with that guy and is actually doing this to take revenge on him
The first one seems more probable but I'm not too sure- the Manhwa is so well made and the plot pacing is simply amazing that I couldn't stop thinking about what will happen in the future; also these are just assumptions I haven't read any spoilers or the novel, these are just based off the plot of the Manhwa till date.
