Chansol will know that it's from Yooem. He also bought cold medicine and the only person Chansol lied about having a cold is Yooem. Maybe Yooem bought the cold medicine so Chansol would know it's from him.

Chansol is still under the impression that Starr was the only person who knew about his stab wound. And there's no name on the note. I hate to think that Starr might get the credit for Yooem's thoughtfulness.
