not really. she tries to introduce diana and blake, but instead of falling in love they develop a friendly rivalry over who loves ancia more. Plus, when she does leave it's because she was in a rush to break his curse because he was close to dying and she didn't realise it, but she was trapped in a cave in which time worked differently so she didn't realise it but some years pass and he grows up without her, waiting for her. curse lifted and all.
