From the start there's nothing realistic about time travel story, and there's no way we will know whether the couple will have sex the exact same way as their past or not for the sake of the same baby
I can imagine that it'll be different bc it's fictional, but realistically Ain will never be born. Just a day later and it will be a completely different baby, yet she'll always remember the baby she once had and will never have again
