Kang was giving YiYoung a ride home and during the ride YiYoung was talking about how impressed he was with Kang. Kang thinks there's nothing impressive about him, even his car (which is a BMW). So Kang told YiYoung that his car is so common, that you could count the number of BMWs they pass within 30 seconds and be naked.
And after 20 seconds, YiYoung turns to Kang and tells him that he's naked. Kang got so turned on by that, that he parked in an isolated area and started having sex with him.
